Notice on Applying for Health Declaration Certificate Online
Chinese embassies and consulates in some countries posted notices recently stating that they are no longer accepting the email application for the Health Declaration Certificate . (Iceland, Spain, Italy, Costa Rica, Turkey, Mexico, Portugal, Indonesia. etc)
Passengers shall apply for the Electronic Health Declaration Form by logging in to the Health Declaration Certificate system(https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/)

Iceland
Notice on Online Application for Health Declaration Certificate for Foreign Passengers
In order to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic and simplify the process of applying for Health Declaration Certificate for foreign passengers, starting from 7th November, foreign passengers could apply for Health Declaration Certificate online. The application method is as follows:
I. passengers could log in to the Health Declaration Certificate system(https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/) using terminal equipment such as computers and mobile phones. After registering an account, fill in the information and upload your negative certificates of nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test.
II. The Chinese Embassy in Iceland will review your negative certificates of nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test as soon as possible, and issue Health Declaration Certificate with "HDC" mark in time(as picture below). Passengers must present the green code within its validity period to the airlines flying directly to China before boarding.

Spain
Starting from November 9th, the application of the Health Declaration Certificate by foreign citizens will be adjusted to the QR code of the online application with the “HDC” mark. The embassies and consulates in the West will no longer accept the e-mail application.

Starting from November 16th, the application of the Health Declaration Certificate by foreign citizens will be adjusted to the QR code of the online application with the “HDC” mark.

Starting from November 7th, the application of the Health Declaration Certificate by foreign citizens will be adjusted to the QR code of the online application with the “HDC” mark.

Starting from November 11, the application of the Health Declaration Certificate by foreign citizens will be adjusted to the QR code of the online application with the “HDC” mark.

Turkey
Starting from 16 Nov,all foreign passengers who are flying from Turkey to China will be required to present the Electronic Health Declaration Form for boarding.

According to our research, Chinese embassies and consulates in Iceland, Spain, Italy, Costa Rica, Turkey, Mexico, Portugal, Indonesia, Angola, Vietnam, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Jamaica, Egypt, Congo have released the notice.
